# Roadmap: first 90 days

Version note, 2026-10-31: Updated the site address to the owner-selected primary domain. Milestones and protocol v0.1 are unchanged.

Week 1 starts the day darwiniancreativity.com goes live.

| 3 to 4 | **Harness v0** | Render plus gates plus measured functions run locally on one genome. |
| 5 to 6 | **Assay 001** | One real target, at least 500 variants, run record complete, human review logged. |
| 7 | **Case study 001** | Published on darwiniancreativity.com with the full receipts table. |
| 8 to 10 | **Plugin v0** | Claude Code plugin from `07` runs Assay 001 end to end on a clean machine. Open-sourced. |
| 10 | **Bench dev set** | `S1` and `S3` dev tasks public. Test set held out. |
| 11 | **Assay 002** | Second target, different type than 001 (for example a brand system after a screen). |
| 12 | **Outreach** | Case studies sent to AI lab developer relations and design teams, and shared publicly. |

## Metrics we track

- Assays published
- Total variants assayed
- Mean hit rate
- Mean gain over baseline
- Plugin installs
- Inbound targets (people asking for an assay)

## Rules

- No milestone counts as done without a public artifact.
- If an assay finds no hits, it still gets published.
